When Congress created the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP or VICP), the intent was to have a fast, simple, effective way to compensate victims of vaccine injuries with a minimum of expense, delay, and inconvenience.
The theory was: If you are injured due to a vaccine or how it was administered, simply file a claim, show evidence that the injury was related to the vaccine or vaccination, and in a few months receive compensation.
Unfortunately the claims process has become much more complex, and a much higher burden of proof has been placed on claims filed.
At the present time, to receive compensation, you, as the petitioner, must:
That's why substantial documentation, medical and hospital reports, and other materials must be submitted with each claim.
Meeting all of those requirements and defending your case is our job. That's why we're here.
We look forward hearing from you.
If you think you or a loved one is the victim of a vaccine injury, give us a call right away at (307) 433−8864, or email us at VaccineLaw@RichardGage.net.
Do not delay.
The Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has very strict filing deadlines that must be met. If you miss a deadline, you also lose your right to seek compensation for your injury.
